Tangoe Finalizes Merger With TRAQ Wireless

ORANGE, CT -- Software maker Tangoe Inc. has finalized its merger with TRAQ Wireless, with the new company operating under the Tangoe name.

Tangoe is a provider of telecommunications expense management applications.  TRAQ Wireless develops mobile lifescycle management software.  The company will be able to offer both PC-based and mobile applications to its customers and prospective clients.

Tangoe has offices in Connecticut, Austin, TX, Manchester, England and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
